We are also regularly engaged in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
Our team is routinely involved in complex national and multi-jurisdiction litigation and arbitration for Italian and foreign clients in disputes concerning M&A transactions (such as pre and post-closing litigation and Shareholders’ Agreements), joint ventures, commercial contracts, IP, banking, finance and insurance litigation.
The members of the team usually serve as counsel or arbitrators in complex proceedings.
