EDUCATION
Graduated at Università degli Study of Milan in 2002. Admitted to practice in 2005, she is currently a member of the Milan Bar. In 2007 she took an internship in Bruxelles. Since 2018 she is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and other Superior Courts.

PROFILE
From 2002 to 2010 she worked as associate in the law firm Toffoletto and then she started working as an of counsel with Negri Clementi law firm until 2018. In the same year she (with some of her colleagues) started to collaborate with Lexjus Sinacta (which then changed its name in Talea Tax Legal Advisory) at the beginning as of counsel and later, from 2020, as partner. From September 2022 Cristina is a partner of hi.lex.
She is specialized in employment law and advises leading national and international companies on all aspects of employment law including restructuring processes, incentive plans, drafting of contracts, non-compete covenants, disciplinary proceedings, termination of employment relationship and litigation before the Italian Courts. She also assists executives and managers in any possible dispute which arises with their employers.
She also provides assistance with regards to agency contract.
She is a member of AGI – Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani and EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association.
