PROFILE
After having accrued, since 1979, an extensive experience in primary law firms in Milan, he was one of the founding partners, in 1989, of the law firm Cera Cappelletti Bianchi, which subsequently merged with Erede e Associati in 1995. In 1999 he co-founded the law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, of which he remained a partner until July 2009, assuming positions of significant relevance (member of the Board of Directors and of the Remuneration Committee and Head of the Corporate and Finance Department). From July 2009 through June 2011 he became of counsel of the law firm LCA. He founded Hi.lex in 2011 and is one of its founding partners.
In over 30 years of professional activity, he has gained a remarkable experience in M&A and real estate transactions, in corporate advice and litigation, in restructuring companies and family assets, also in the context of generational transitions, as well as in IPO transactions on the Italian stock exchange. He has co-ordinated workgroups and articulated teams in complex transactions. He has been a board member and a statutory auditor in several companies.
