PROFILE
Francesco started his activity as a lawyer in 1994 in the Brussels offices of Studio Legale De Berti & Jacchia.
Thereafter, he worked in Milan for Simmons & Simmons and then for Lombardi Molinari, as a Junior Partner.
Starting from 2007 until 2019 Francesco was of counsel of the international law firm Bird & Bird.
He has been Legal Counsel of a primary Italian Venture Capital Fund and visiting lawyer of 3i Group plc.
Starting from 2020, Francesco is partner of Hilex.
His main areas of practice are corporate law, with a specific focus on mergers and acquisition.
In particular, he has accrued a significant experience in international and national Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions.
He served as board member in several Italian companies and regularly holds lectures and seminars on legal topics related to corporate law and Venture Capital.
