PROFILE
He worked, between 1991 and 1992, with Professor Alberto Santa Maria (Professor of EU Law and lecturer of his final thesis at University) and, between 1993 and 1995, with law firm Cera Cappelletti Bianchi, which merged with Erede e Associati in 1995 and, subsequently, became Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in 1999. In 2001 he joined Ashurst as partner of the Milan office. From 2008 to 2011 he was a partner of law firm LCA. He founded Hi.lex in 2011 and is one of its founding partners.
He has accrued a significant experience in M&A, private equity and joint venture transactions and in capital markets, in relation to both equity (IPO, takeover bids, delisting) and debt securities (EMTN’s and other international issues of bonds, even of structured nature). He has also accrued a noteworthy experience in international contracts and in corporate law. His mother tongue is English as well as Italian and he is fluent in French, having studied abroad (in London and Brussels) for nearly 20 years.
