EDUCATION
Graduated magna cum laude from Rome State University “La Sapienza” Law School in 1993. He was admitted in 1997 to the Ph.D in Private Comparative Law and European Community Private Law at the State University of Macerata. He obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from Temple University School of Law of Philadelphia (USA) in 2000. Admitted to practice in 1996, he is currently a member of the Milan Bar.

PROFILE
Luca worked with the law firm Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati between 1996 and 1999. From 2000 to 2002 he worked as foreign lawyer with Latham & Watkins in London. Between 2002 and 2011 he worked as senior lawyer in the law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo. He founded Hi.lex in 2011.
Luca practices in the areas of joint ventures and other business combinations at national and international level, mergers and acquisitions and extraordinary transactions, as well as hotel-related and real estate transactions. Since few years, Luca is focused on the development of new technologies, dealing with the related legal aspects, with a particular interest in space law and the legal aspects of space-related activities.
