We provide assistance in the drafting and implementation of Models pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 dealing with the administrative liability of companies for certain crimes.
We may serve as members of the Supervisory Bodies provided for by Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and give advice to such Supervisory Bodies.
