EDUCATION
Graduated from Trieste State University Law School in 1979. Admitted to practise in 1981, she is currently a member of the Milan Bar. Between 1983 and 1984 she took an internship in Chicago. Since 1996 she is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and other Superior Courts.

PROFILE
From 1984 to 1990 she worked as associate in the law firm Ughi & Nunziante. In 1989 she became partner of the law firm Studio Traverso & Associati where she worked until 2010.
She founded hi.lex in 2011 and is one of its founding partners.
She advises and represents in court both Italian and foreign companies. She provides on-going assistance and advice in relation to intellectual property issues with specific focus on trademarks, models, copyright and competition. She advises companies active in the segments of fashion, high-tech and design.
She was personally referred to by Best Lawyers in 2020 as an experienced industrial property lawyer.
