EDUCATION
Graduated magna cum laude from Genoa University Law School in 1991. He was admitted in 1996 to the Ph.D in Criminal Comparative Law at the State University of Genoa, and lectured in the university course “Bankruptcy Criminal Law” at Genoa University Law School. He is the author of several monographs and specialist essays in bankruptcy and corporate matters. Admitted to practise in 1997, he is currently a member of the Milan Bar, and is admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court and other Superior Courts.

PROFILE
Francesco worked, between 1994 and 2000, with Bonelli e associati and, between 2001 and September 2007, with the law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo.
He has accrued a significant experience in restructuring and insolvency law, corporate and commercial law as well litigation, arbitration and commercial contracts. He co-operates with the Bankruptcy Division of the Court of Milan and other Italian Bankruptcy Courts, providing advice and assistance in insolvency procedures. He advises and assists companies in the management of complex distressed situations. Appointed by the Ministry of Economic Development, he held and holds the position of judicial commissioner and extraordinary commissioner of companies of national importance in extraordinary administration procedures.
